Lobbying Disclosure Act
The University of Arizona is required by law to report all federal lobbying activities on a quarterly basis to the US Congress, and the UA Office of Federal Relations compiles and files the University's quarterly submission. As a result, all University of Arizona faculty, staff and personnel who have addressed the federal government, including the US Congress, on policy, legislative or funding issues to review the following information and if necessary report all lobbying to the UA Office of Federal Relations in the form linked below. Please review the guidelines outlined to determine what information to report to the Office of Federal Relations in order to complete the form correctly.
Anyone who engaged in lobbying activities must file a report using the brief form that follows. Please file your report with our office by close of business by the following quarterly deadlines:
January 15 (for Oct. 1–Dec. 31 of previous year)
April 15 (for January 1–March 31)
July 15 (for April 1–June 30)
October 15 (for July 1–September 30)
The Office of Federal Relations offers a scholarship for undergraduates who receive internships in the D.C. congressional offices of Arizona delegation members. This opportunity is intended for undergraduates, but graduate applications will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
